What you'll be doing:
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the earlymorning sun shines over our beautiful nature escape. When the dooropens, you'll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel thecommunity spirit. You'll lead the close-knit team ofeducators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, andinspiring environment. You'll promote 'SchoolReadY', maintain high quality programs, manage compliance,and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At theend of your shift, you'll walk out the door (still smiling)knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, andspirit.
You'll be great in this role ifyou...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
* Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in children services, developing andimplementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
