**ABOUT THE ROLE**
With a keen interest in food and beverage, the Customer Service Manager will focus on the shopping journey within the retail space. From visual merchandising to sales growth, this hands-on position runs shift and manages a small team of casual retail staff, supported by Supervisors. Responsible for team building and development, relevant open/close procedures and cost control, the Customer Service Manager will report to the Operations Manager who oversees other facets of the business.
**ABOUT YOU**
You will relate to the brand through
- Your proven experiences in retail, hospitality operations and front of house management (min. 3 years) in stores with an active focus on produces and/or service
- Your passion for customer service and to provide high-end, luxe-worthy experiences
- Your leadership style and ability to create a genuinely motivating and empowering culture
- Your genuine enthusiasm and communication style
