You're a compassionate and capable mentor who brings clarity, care, and confidence to everything you do. * 2+ years' experience in a similar commercial environment
* Understanding of the telco industry
* Ability to manage debtors and apply collection policies with fairness and consistency
* Skilled in navigating complex conversations and building trust at all levels
* Strong organisational, administrative, and procedural capabilities
* Demonstrated ability to:
* Solve problems with a calm and thoughtful approach
* Work on one's own and collaboratively
* Learn quickly and adapt to change

* Support and guide Accounts Receivable Officers, fostering growth and achievement
* Own and enhance AR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Prepare aged debtor reports and support monthly write-off approvals
* Monitor collection trends and identify opportunities for improvement
* Build strong cross-functional relationships and exercise sound judgement
* Manage day-to-day AR activities with care and precision
* Act as a trusted escalation point for complex account issues
* Provide support across AR tasks and contribute to a positive team culture
