**About the Opportunity**
This role supports the National HR Operations Manager in providing HR services across the business. This includes: Policies and Procedure interpretation, Onboarding and Offboarding, General ER/IR advice, HR Projects and HR Administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of employment contracts, including the accurate and effective interpretation of relevant Industrial Instruments to minimise errors.
- Manage the onboarding of all new employees including the preparation and sending out of induction material and system set-up.
- Manage the offboarding of all employees exiting the business including the exit interview process.
- Provide HR policy and procedural support and advice to managers and employees.
- Assist with HR related projects such as system implementation, policy writing and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with the performance management process as required.
- Generating adhoc reports from Chris21.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Business Partner’s, National Manager, HR Operations and the GM, Human Resources
**About you**
- Minimum of 12 months experience in similar role.
- Qualification in Human Resources, or related field. Completed or in progress.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and control workload.
- Able to take direction, listen and give feedback.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Friendly positive and proactive
- Ability to think outside the box - come up with new ideas.
- You will have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- High-level communication skills both written and verbal.
- A team player who is self-motivated and shows initiative

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
