About the Role
As the first friendly face our guests see, you'll play a key role in ensuring every stay is relaxed, enjoyable, and seamless. From warmly greeting guests and managing check-ins/check-outs to handling reservations and processing payments, you'll be central to creating a positive and lasting impression.
This role also works closely with all departments across the resort, so a collaborative spirit and a genuine love for guest service will take you far.
Shifts span mornings and evenings 6.00am to 7.30pm during the season and 6.00am to 6.00pm throughout summer. Availability across weekends, public holidays, and school holidays is essential.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:
* A positive, professional attitude and polished presentation
* A natural flair for guest service and a warm, welcoming approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
* Experience with RMS Cloud or similar property management systems (not essential – full training provided)
* Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* A valid working visa with unrestricted rights (if applicable)
* Long-term residency and accommodation in Exmouth
