Customer Service Specialist, Air
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Provide accurate service information to customers via various communication channels.
* Log customer interactions and opportunities in the system, and transfer calls to relevant team members when necessary.
* Investigate and resolve customer issues using internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up on unresolved inquiries.
About You:
* A minimum of five years' experience in the freight forwarding industry and customer service is required.
* Prior experience using CW1 is essential for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
* Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations and operational procedures is also required.
