Role Overview
This position is responsible for guiding students in their academic and professional development, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their chosen fields.
Key Responsibilities
* Academic Planning and Counseling: Support students in identifying their interests, strengths, and weaknesses to determine suitable academic majors and career paths. Organize career exploration sessions, individual counseling, and one-on-one guidance for students from Grade 8 to Grade 12.
* University/College Application Counseling: Help students understand and properly prepare application plans that match their capabilities and aspirations. Provide guidance on choosing appropriate majors and universities based on student capabilities and admission criteria.
* Student Data Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of the career and university guidance programs and provide strategic insights for school leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, School Counseling, Educational Management, Sociology, or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
* Relevant counseling certifications are highly desirable.
* Basic knowledge of both Vietnamese and international education systems.
