The Role Toll People are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced High Reach Forklift Driver for an ongoing casual opportunity based in Marsden Park. This position involves operating Crown Electric High Reach Forklifts while also assisting with manual handling duties, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting customer collections. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail distribution environment and delivering excellent customer service. This is an ongoing temp opportunity with the potential to transition to a permanent position. Shift Pattern Thursday, Friday & Monday: 7:00am - 2:00pm Saturday & Sunday: 10:30am - 6:30pm Key Responsibilities Operating Crown Electric High Reach Forklifts Loading and unloading trucks containing cartonised white goods including fridges, microwaves, and TVs Manual handling and moving stock safely (up to 25kg) Picking and staging stock for customer collections Assisting customers with pickups and transporting goods to vehicles using trolleys RF scanning and inventory movement Maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety and housekeeping standards Skills & Experience Hold a current LF Forklift Licence Minimum 2 years High Reach Forklift operating experience LO Licence highly regarded but not essential Experience operating Crown Forklifts preferred Clamp attachment experience advantageous, however training can be provided Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday Previous weekend work experience highly regarded Strong manual handling capability and willingness to assist with physical duties Excellent attitude, communication, and customer service skills Strong commitment to workplace safety Must have own PPE including long sleeve shirt and long pants Reliable transport and current driver's licence required Must be willing to complete a detailed site induction process Benefits Ongoing stable work with immediate start available Temp to perm opportunity Weekend penalty rates Supportive team environment Onsite parking available About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
