About you (key selection criteria)
Accountant
• 1–3 years' experience in Business Services, Tax, or Audit
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• CPA or CA certification is a plus but not essential – we offer study support and mentoring
• Strong technical and compliance skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Well-organised with proven time management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Clear career progression opportunities
Senior Accountant
• 4+ years' experience in Business Services, Tax, or Audit
• Relevant degree qualifications
• CPA or CA certification is a plus not essential – we offer study support and mentoring
• Strong technical and compliance expertise
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
