Job Overview
Melbourne based Financial Services Organisation is undertaking a 3 year marketing technology transformation program. We are seeking a Consultant to deliver change management principles across the program.
The Role
As a Change Consultant you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the functional delivery of the transformation program, ensuring the change is effectively and proactively managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act in a hands-on way with the facilitation of program sessions, execution of pilots and implementation of activities.
- Delivery of change work as per agreed plans, ensuring coordination and integration of activities across the program/project.
- Work with team and stakeholders to create and agree forwards plans including allocation of capacity across teams to facilitate transformation training and skill uplift.
- Proactively identify, escalate (where appropriate) and manage risks and issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of program/project plans.
- Ability to influence driving outcomes despite competing priorities.
- Adapt and update process changes in real time to prepare for scaled implementation.
- Actively communicate and promote the program/project with stakeholders, marketing teams and across the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business, Management or other relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management.
- Operational and planning experience with commercial acumen.
- Track record in managing and influencing relationships at a senior level in the organisation.
