Responsibilities include overseeing daily front office operations, leading the team to deliver seamless arrivals, departures, guest inquiries, and exceptional customer service throughout the guest's stay.
* Ensure timely and courteous handling of reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold strict cash/credit procedures
* Promote hotel facilities and Accor offers
Opportunities for job evolution may include night audit responsibilities, such as balancing and reconciling daily accounts and financial reporting.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1–2 years of front office or guest service experience; previous supervisory experience highly regarded
* Proficient computer and system skills, preferably with Opera Cloud or similar; hospitality qualifications advantageous
