The role
* Full time, Fixed term (up to January 2027)
* Level 7 - $101,421 to $110,819 (plus 17% superannuation)
* Appointment to be made on current campus location
As Academic Quality Officer, you will be partnering with faculties and divisions to provide support and oversight of course and subject quality assurance and enhancement processes.
Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you will be supporting the review, monitoring and reporting of academic quality assurance processes across the university and liaising with faculty staff to address emerging issues. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all academic quality areas.
About you
* Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and autonomous decision making to provide advice to stakeholders.
* Proven experience in interpreting and applying quality assurance policies, procedures and standards within the higher education setting.
* Proven organisation, analytical and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, including report writing and negotiating, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
