We are currently seeking an organized and self-motivated Domestic Repair Technician to join our rapidly expanding team.
As a crucial member of the organization, you will be responsible for visiting various sites to ensure appliances in both corporate and private settings are maintained to the highest level of service.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney, NSW.
Main Tasks: -Visit various sites on a daily basis to perform service and repair tasks.
-Repair commercial and domestic appliances.
-Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
-Log jobs and order necessary parts online.
-Liaise with facility management and real estate contacts.
-Ensure all work is performed with a professional presentation and a well-organized approach.
-Maintain clear communication, both written and verbal, with the team and clients.
Required/Relevant Qualifications Work Experience: -Minimum of a relevant Certificate III qualification in Electrical Trade; and -At least 3 years of practical experience.
Required/Relevant Skills Knowledge: -Experience servicing and repairing household and commercial kitchen laundry appliances, including refrigerators, freezers (incl. wine fridges), dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, ovens (induction, gas convection), stoves/cooktops, and rangehoods.
-Demonstrated ability to work with major appliance brands such as Miele, Westinghouse, Bosch, Smeg, Fisher Paykel, Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Simpson and similar manufacturers.
-Familiarity with diagnosing faults and performing maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement in domestic and commercial settings.
-Capacity to work with manufacturer specifications, warranty guidelines, and service documentation.
Annual salary will be between $80,****** to $90,****** (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
