Job Summary
* Expert user of Xero and Joiin, supporting multiple international subsidiaries
* Management and development of junior finance team members
* Oversight of bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and customer invoicing
* Cashflow forecasting, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
* End‐to‐end taxation compliance including PAYG, Payroll Tax, and GST
* Payroll processing, superannuation, and workers compensation management
* Preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Identification and challenge of unnecessary expenditure and operational inefficiencies
* Preparation of annual statutory accounts and monthly management reporting
* Liaison with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
* Management of corporate insurances
Technical Skills / Experience
* Expert in Xero, Joiin and multiple international subsidiaries.
* 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role
* 3+ years of management experience
Personal Skills:
* Clear communicator, able to translate financial data into practical insights for non‐finance teams
* Commercially focused with experience working under high pressure.
* High attention to detail across reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations
* Manages competing priorities and deadlines in a scaling business
* Proactive and adaptable, thriving in change and ambiguity
* Trusted with sensitive financial information; demonstrates integrity and sound judgment
* Collaborative team player who supports and learns from senior finance leaders
