**The Role**

Based in South Brisbane, you will be responsible for triaging incoming calls, categorizing them based on urgency and obtaining necessary details before forwarding on to relevant department.

You will collaborate and create strong relationships with customers, team members and finance department - with the ultimate goal to work as part of a team to provide the best possible outcome for your clients.
- You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to customers by addressing enquiries, resolving issues and offering information about insurance policies.
- Handling policy related enquiries, guiding customers through coverage details and claims procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations such as data entry and document preparation.
- Accurate processing on invoices.
- Maintaining up to date customer records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

**Your Skills & Experience**

We are looking for a dedicated customer service individual, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service within the insurance industry:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously, with well-developed time management skills & attention to detail.
