We're growing fast and need someone hands‐on to own our video content from start to finish.
This isn't about flashy edits; it's about showing the real deal, how our attachments work in the field, customer stories that prove performance, and tech insights that help operators make smarter choices.
What you'll do:
* Plan and script videos that align with our brand: case studies, how‐tos, walkarounds, and behind‐the‐scenes.
* Shoot on‐site (Australia Wide) or in‐factory, we're talking quarries, farms, and job sites, so expect to get your hands dirty.
* Handle full post‐production: edit, colour grade, add sound, and optimise for social, web, and ads.
* Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to turn feedback into content that drives results.
* Manage the end‐to‐end process, from concept to delivery, keeping things efficient and on‐spec.
What you bring:
* Proven experience as a video producer – at least 3‐5 years handling shoots and edits in industrial, trade, or similar fields.
* Solid skills in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve – whatever gets the job done right.
* Ability to work independently but team up when needed – we're collaborative, no egos here.
* Practical mindset: you understand heavy equipment and can capture it authentically.
* Based in Melbourne or willing to relocate – this is in‐house, with flexibility for site visits.
* Ideally all your own gear.
