Role Overview
Work with our customers and Sales team to design and install temporary heating and cooling systems for commercial and industrial applications.
The Product Specialist will support our sales team with specialist knowledge of Lift, Shift & Materials Handling products such as forklifts, telehandlers, chain blocks, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
As part of the team, you will develop sales expertise, expand your technical knowledge, and gain experience in temporary power generation, distribution, and compressed air systems.
Responsibilities
* Work with the local sales team to drive product awareness and technical expertise to existing and new customers.
* Develop key relationships with customers.
* Manage day‐to‐day operational requirements including management of the Sydney fleet, service/maintenance, order fulfilment, pricing, and invoicing.
* Support sales team with specialist knowledge of Lift, Shift & Materials Handling products.
* Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to stakeholders.
* Negotiate financial outcomes with customers.

Qualifications
* Proven success in managing a range of Materials Handling products—primarily forklifts (gas, diesel, rough terrain) & telehandlers.
* Previous sales experience within the Materials Handling Market.
* Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and support them with technical expertise/product knowledge.
* Ability to liaise with customers and negotiate good financial outcomes.
* A high degree of commercial acumen.
