About the Role As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of technically challenging ground engineering projects in Western Australia within a dynamic operational environment. Projects typically run from several weeks to a few months, offering variety alongside long-term stability.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery while driving a strong safety culture and high team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being close to site operations and mentoring developing team members.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and motivating project delivery teams
* End-to-end project management including HSE, subcontractors, suppliers, inspections and cost control
* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Driving safety, quality and productivity outcomes
* Mentoring junior engineers and supervisors

About You You are an experienced Project Manager with a background in geotechnical or ground engineering projects and a passion for leading teams to deliver high-quality results. You thrive in a site-based environment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and adapt easily to changing priorities.
You take ownership of your projects and enjoy working in an autonomous, supportive environment where your expertise and ideas are valued. You bring a strong safety focus and a collaborative leadership style.
You will bring:
* Proven project management experience delivering successful outcomes
* A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or Construction Management
* Experience in slope stabilisation and/or geotechnical works
* Strong stakeholder engagement and cost control skills
* Confident communication and team leadership abilities
