The position requires proficiency with computer systems, including relational databases, spreadsheets, and research tools.
You will empower senior leaders and fundraisers to build meaningful, long-term partnerships by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing research strategies to identify high-potential prospects.
* Preparing comprehensive profiles and briefings for staff and senior leadership.
* Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform donor engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Completion of an undergraduate degree, with relevant experience in prospect research, library science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* In-depth knowledge of prospect research within a higher education environment and fundraising principles.
* Ability to research and analyse individuals and organisations as prospective donors and synthesize findings into insights for planning.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Understanding of privacy and information regulations in handling research data.
* Proficiency with computer systems, including relational databases, spreadsheets, and research tools.
