Your responsibilities will span the full software development lifecycle—from design and coding to unit testing, documentation, refactoring, and ongoing support.We’re looking for someone who’s eager to contribute to the team’s success and take ownership of delivery efforts. You may already have a technical or domain specialty, but you’ll also be expected to work across the entire technology stack and continue growing your skills in new areas.You’ll work independently while actively seeking feedback and collaboration to continuously improve your solutions and grow professionally. You’re not only focused on your own development—you’re also ready and willing to support newer team members, sharing your knowledge of technologies, domains, and team processes to help them succeed.Position RequirementsTechnical:Typically 3-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core), and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Svelte.Experience with SQL databases; knowledge of other persistence technologies a bonus.Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs; exposure to microservice architecture beneficial.Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and Containers.Understanding of SDLC processes, SOLID principles, OOP and design patterns.Experience in DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, Terraform.Familiarity with Observability practices and tools such as DataDog, Splunk, NewRelic, etc.Experience with Agile/Scrum.Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Attributes:Good communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.Strong analytical skills, fast learner and drive to action.Ability to write clear and detailed technical documentation.Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and mentoring others.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.Our Promise to Our PeopleWe are passionate about our core values of Customer First, We Care, One Team, and Results Driven, which define how we approach our work.
