Project Coordination Specialist
The project management team is responsible for delivering new and existing product development within our own brand portfolio.
* Planning and mapping projects with commercial teams to translate commercial objectives into actionable produce development plans.
* Prioritization based on capability, capacity, and project type, evaluating initial requests and recommending whether to proceed as a formal project.
* Identifying project requirements, type, and specifications through collaboration with stakeholders.
* Ensuring seasonal timelines are met and capacity is effectively planned.
* Acting as supplier liaison, facilitating communication and helping suppliers navigate the organization.
* Managing and tracking the supplier self-assessment process.
* Acting as central point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, facilitating communication between teams.
* Identifying opportunities to optimize produce development and implementation processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Supporting the project manager with day-to-day tasks: facilitation of workflows, assisting actions from workflows, creation of project timelines and reports.
This role is crucial for the successful implementation of fruit and vegetable initiatives, coordinating cross-functional collaboration and overseeing the launch of business-as-usual, essential product development, and new product development packaging and innovation.
