About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking Full-Time Experienced Educator Diploma-qualified Educators to join our enthusiastic and innovative team.

About You: To be a successful candidate you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Have a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and Care, with a desire to make a positive impact on young children's lives.
* Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of early childhood development and education.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for children.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Must be Flexibility to work across operating hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support in Planning and implementing educational programs that promote children's development and learning.
* Observing and documenting children's progress and interests.
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.
* Collaborating with fellow educators and families to support each child's individual needs.
* Engaging in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
