**Your key responsibilities will include**
- ** RFP Implementation & Vendor Management**: Execute RFP results and manage 3PL relationships, ensuring high service levels and cost-effective logistics solutions.
- ** ERP & WMS Integration**: Support the integration between ERP and WMS systems, ensuring seamless operations and swift issue resolution.
- ** Cost Control & Budgeting**: Track logistics spend, develop budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities, while maintaining high service levels across all channels.
- ** Multi-Channel Logistics**: Consolidate logistics operations across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale, ensuring optimized stock availability and timely delivery.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as the main liaison between logistics, operations, IT, and commercial teams to align logistics processes with broader business goals.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Leverage analytics to track KPIs, report logistics performance to senior leadership, and support strategic decisions.
- ** Risk & Compliance Management**: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure logistics compliance with local and international regulations.
- ** Sustainability Focus**: Collaborate with partners to implement sustainable logistics practices aligned with The Body Shop's corporate sustainability goals.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive ongoing improvements in logistics processes, optimizing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels.
