Manager MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Process)
**We are looking for a Discipline Manager - MEP (Mechanical Electrical Process) to join our KBR team in Perth.**

You will be working as a key leader in our Perth operations team, supporting multi-disciplinary project delivery, primarily in the resources, energy and energy transition sectors, but also supporting our transport, water & defence teams when required. This role is crucial in providing leadership, direction and growing a team of mechanical, electrical and process team members, in support of our Energy Solutions business in WA. Projects range from LNG to large scale green hydrogen, ammonia, methanol & critical mineral projects.
**Position Overview**:
- Manages the WA Operations Mechanical, Electrical and Process design team, with a particular focus on developing capacity and capability to address the growing energy and resources businesses.
- Provides pastoral care to all team members
- Resource manages by forecasting, conducting approved recruiting actions, redeploying, cross training and work balancing
- Develops plans for effective design and engineering execution
- Subject matter advisor for MEP engineering disciplines
- Manages team utilisation to meet Operations budget outcomes
- Maintains a balance of team members to authorised job capsule levels and headcount numbers
- Controls activities of team members for delegated direct overhead expenses
- Contributes to budget building
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Professional engineering degree (essential) in an MEP discipline (usually mechanical, electrical, chemical, electronics engineering)
- Demonstrable experience within a structured design environment predominantly performing industrial systems or processes projects
- Proven workforce management experience including leading technical engineering teams
- Experience working on large engineering projects
