Overview
As a key member of Aiper's rapidly expanding ANZ team, you will be responsible for qualifying, winning, managing, and expanding all channel partner relationships across Australia and New Zealand to exceed sales targets and deliver company growth objectives. You will own Aiper's ongoing sales performance in the region by providing best-in-class channel sales support to distributors and retail partners, driving regional sales strategy, and identifying, onboarding, and developing new strategic channel partners. This role suits a self-motivated, commercially driven sales professional with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the channel sales cycle including GTM strategy, PLCM, training and execution
* Primary point of contact for distributors and resellers on sales and pricing matters
* Build and maintain strong channel relationships
* Localise sales presentations and training materials for ANZ
* Plan and execute ANZ sales and promotional campaigns
* Develop and execute regional channel sales plans
* Analyse sales performance, competitors and market trends
* Forecasting and logistics coordination
* Track and report against ANZ sales targets
* Product knowledge development and sales training
* Support events, roadshows and training sessions
* Regular reporting and travel as required
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in consumer electronics, appliances or related industries
* Experience in pool industry or pool product sales is an advantage but not essential
* Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in B2C channel sales across ANZ retail
* Proven sales performance in target-driven environments
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Interest in robotics, smart devices or connected technologies
* Native English required; basic Mandarin advantageous
