Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful stay with immaculate rooms and exceptional service.
Your responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, collaborating with the team, and providing assistance to guests whenever needed.
The Role
* Casual loading applies to all hourly rates, with base rate of $24.98. Loading rates: Monday - Friday $31.23ph, Saturday $37.47ph, Sunday $43.72ph, and Public Holidays $62.45ph.
* Adult wages apply to all team members 16 years and above.
* You will be part of a supportive and fun team.
Primary Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to established guidelines.
* Organize and restock housekeeping trolleys to ensure they are well equipped.
* Use cleaning materials safely and responsibly.
* Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
* Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
