TCLH are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and has a strong interest in payroll administration and accounts payable.
You will provide essential support to our accounts team, helping ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
This role is based in our Head Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.
Part-Time, Pre-rated position
(2 days per week – Thursday & Friday, working between 14-16hrs per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with payroll administration, including data entry and record maintenance
* Process accounts payable, including invoice entry and reconciliation
* Ensure accuracy of financial data and maintain organised records
* Support the accounts team with general administrative tasks
* Assist with resolving discrepancies and following up outstanding items
* Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information
About You
* Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and committed to working set days (Thursday & Friday)
