About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:

Experienced in fundraising, donor stewardship, or relationship management
Skilled in preparing grants, proposals, and impact reports
Confident working across the arts, disability, or community sectors
Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Collaborative, values‐driven, and committed to inclusive practice
Desirable: experience leading small teams, cross‐cultural communication, project management, and familiarity with digital tools (Mailchimp, WordPress, analytics platforms).
