**About Disco Dining Group**

Disco Dining Group is a fun and passionate hospitality group, based in the Illawarra, NSW. Between the group, we have three restaurants (Bóveda, Papi Dulce & Bar Padres) and our catering company - Cater Boy.

Our businesses have given us the opportunity to host a variety of events, and we are now looking to expand the catering side of our venture, which is where we need your help.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly into our team of Directors, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of events from Weddings, Functions, Corporate Events and more.

You will be the point of contact for our clients, liaising with them from initial enquiry to delivery of the services they book and everything in between. You will also be encouraged to take creative freedom in marketing to potential clients. You will be responsible for the organisation of all events, supported by your team including our Chefs and Company Directors.

You will build excellent relationships with both corporate and private clients, while working in partnership with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences on time and within budget.

**About You**

You will have a passion for hospitality and be committed to delivering exceptional events. In addition to having 2 years minimum event management experience, you would have:

- Experience working with an off-site catering company
- Great relationship building skills and exceptional time management
- A dynamic and passionate attitude towards food & beverage
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, along with strong administration skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple events
- Ability to make decisions, in line with company policies & procedures
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills and the ability to keep costs of services to be provided within budget
- Arranging and coordinating services, such as venue, catering and equipment
- Pro-active and innovative approach to promoting our services to potential clients

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
