Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Requirements:
* 4-5 years' experience in a similar technical support role.
* Proven expertise in technology domains including Windows 10 and 11 Workstation, SCCM, and Mobile Device Management.
* Experience in incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
* Demonstrated knowledge of IT Service Delivery and driving continuing service improvements.
