Your new role: As a Mental Health Clinician within Evolve Therapeutic Services, you will deliver high-quality, recovery-focused mental health services to children and young people aged 0-18, many of whom are experiencing complex presentations and trauma-related needs. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, intervention, care planning and therapeutic support while contributing to service quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering comprehensive mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions * Supporting discharge planning and care coordination within a multidisciplinary framework * Managing an allocated caseload with effective prioritisation and time management * Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and service activity reporting About you: You are a motivated and compassionate allied health professional who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health care to children and young people. You work well within multidisciplinary environments, communicate effectively and are keen to continue developing your clinical skills within child and youth mental health services.
