* You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, and employee onboarding.
* In addition, you will develop tailored training programs to enhance skills, compliance, and workplace safety, and evaluate their effectiveness through employee feedback and performance metrics.
* You will also handle Employee Relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement plans, collaborate with the HSE Manager to manage Workers' Compensation claims, and coordinate employee lifecycle processes.

The successful applicant will have experience in a similar generalist role, possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, and have a track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and L&D initiatives.
