**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will see you enjoy the following responsibilities:
- Coding and entering supplier and customer invoices
- Review all supplier invoices and ensure that they have been approved for payment
- Liaise with relevant managers, suppliers and customers
- Managing the company's credit cards
- Process and organise payment for overseas payments in foreign currency
- Assistance with General Ledger reconciliations
**Your Skills & Experience**
- Experience in an accounts payable role spanning at least 12 months.
- Systems savvy with and intermediate level of MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
