About the Role
As our Senior Customer Experience Officer, you will:
* Provide high-level customer service support and act as an escalation point for complex enquiries.
* Deliver operational support and guidance to the Customer Experience Team.
* Handle cashiering and financial transactions using internal systems.
* Utilise various specialist programs including Customer Relationship Management, Geographic Information Systems, and Document Management systems.
* Build positive relationships within the team and with community members, contractors, and government agencies.
* Work collaboratively within our Customer Experience team while demonstrating initiative and sound judgement.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Significant customer service experience at a senior level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience providing operational support and advice to team members, including handling complex or difficult queries.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to use initiative and display sound judgement.
* Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
* Team player with enthusiasm and positivity, able to work independently when required.
* Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialist programs (CRM, GIS, Document Management systems).
* Exceptional time-management skills with ability to plan, prioritise, and reschedule work effectively.
* Cashiering and money-handling experience with knowledge of computerised financial systems.
