The Role You’ll take the lead on their litigation practice, operating with real autonomy and minimal oversight. While a portable practice would be welcomed, it’s not essential – your focus will be on nurturing and developing an already strong client base. Thanks to the firm’s collaborative culture, there’s a steady stream of referrals from other departments. You'll handle a diverse range of disputes, including: Partnership and shareholder disputes Contract and franchising disputes Retail leasing matters Employment disputes Insolvency and debt recovery You’ll be well supported, with legal admin assistance, junior lawyers for delegation, and access to partners for strategic input and collaboration.
