We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quarry Manager to lead the team at our Lang Lang Quarry in Victoria, approximately a 1‑hour drive south‑east of Melbourne. Reporting to the Aggregates Supply Chain Manager, this role is a multi‑faceted position that leads the quarry and oversees day‑to‑day operations, including production, continuous improvement, health & safety, logistics, and full P&L responsibility.
In your new role, you will be:
* Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals.
* Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets/KPIs, financial planning, budgeting and managing costs within budget.
* Managing the day‑to‑day operations where you are responsible for quarry development, storm water and environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules.
* Focused on continuing our approach to rehabilitation and maintaining our reputation within the industry and community as a responsible and sustainable partner.
* Bringing a strong safety mindset and managing high‑risk activities to reduce risk exposure for self and others.
