We're Hiring: Passionate Cook/Chef Wanted at Cubby Care Condon!
Cubby Care Condon is on the hunt for a part-time creative and passionate Cook/Chef to join our team and bring delicious, nutritious meals to life for children from babies through to kindergarten.
This is more than just a kitchen role – it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact during the most important years of a child’s development. You’ll have the freedom to create seasonal, inspired menus that excite young taste buds while catering to all dietary needs and allergies with care and attention.
What you'll be doing:
* Planning and preparing wholesome meals daily
* Designing exciting, child-friendly menus (with room to get creative!)
* Managing food safety and hygiene standards
* Keeping accurate records and working within a set budget
* Ordering fresh ingredients from local suppliers
* Ensuring that all allergy and dietary requirements are safely met
What we’re looking for:
✅ Relevant Food Safety Certificate
✅ First Aid Certificate
✅ Experience cooking in early childhood or similar settings
✅ Strong organisation and time-management skills
✅ Friendly, positive energy and a love for little ones
✅ Willingness to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
