Fish Filleter or someone with butcher/chef experience required for a busy seafood retail store.
Knife handling skills a must and experience handling whole fish to be processed a benefit.
Duties will include:
* processing whole fish and seafood for retail sale
* filleting and portioning whole fish for retail sale
* occasionally serving customers
* general cleaning duties
Full-time position with reasonably flexible hours.
