Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
Ensure efficient use of ingredients, minimising wastage.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create current menu items.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
Contribute to a positive working environment.
What you will bring
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining restaurant
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
An affable, conscientious and enthusiastic approach
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Curiosity and a desire to expand your knowledge
Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
