Marketing & Events Coordinator
Application Deadline: 11 February 2026
Department: Growth
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Melbourne (HQ)
Reporting To: Community Manager
Description
The role
As Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll support the execution of InvestorHub's marketing, events, and community programs in Australia.
Reporting to the Community Manager within our GTM (Growth & AU Sales) team, you'll help turn plans into well-organised, high-quality execution across content, channels, and events. You'll work with teams across Growth, Sales, Client Success, Product, and UK counterparts to deliver coordinated marketing and community activity.
This role is suited to someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing within a fast-moving scale-up environment—and who is motivated by learning, growth, and increasing responsibility over time.
Who this role is (and isn't) for
This role is for someone who enjoys making things happen — bringing structure, care, and follow-through to marketing, events, and community activity.
You like working across different teams, juggling multiple priorities, and taking pride in delivering work that's on time, well executed, and high quality. You're curious, proactive, and keen to build capability through doing.
This role isn't for someone looking for:
* A purely strategic or planning-only marketing role
* A narrowly scoped marketing specialist role
* A slow-moving, highly structured corporate environment
