About the Role

Our company seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join its team. This role involves creating strategies and executing them to increase sales from existing accounts based on commercial relationships and technical specifications within Australia.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in onshore and offshore markets.
* Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and project requirements.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that align with industry trends, market demands, and company objectives.
* Track major projects from early design stages to procurement and execution, ensuring the company is well-positioned to supply solutions.
* Provide technical and commercial support, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify risks and opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.


Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience in direct technical business selling, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
* Engineering Degree.
* Ability to engage professionally with C-suite and operations level executives, as well as internal stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel domestically.
* Demonstrated strong achievement in their field.
* Ability to work independently and proactively reach out when support is needed.
