Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to run their sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with directors and important clients
Ensure exceptional customer service to clients by training and implementing the sales process
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report on performance to senior management
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
