About Us:

We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Personal Care Worker to join our team for casual shifts in our Aged Care facility in Hervey Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
* Assist in meal preparation and feeding.
* Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents.
* Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members.
* Ensure a compassionate, respectful, and patient approach in all care interactions.
Key Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability
* At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care would be considered
* 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record
* Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
* Ideally with NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorships offered)
