The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, an exciting opportunity has arisen to drive, lead and deliver key organisational projects with our external consultancy providers. You will be a dependable and central member of our growing team, bringing coordination and responsibility in managing our systems and databases as part of broader IT management. This role will be pivotal in helping steer the organisation through ongoing sustainable, long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day management and implementation of processes and methodologies, overseeing all project-related staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to standards
Fulfil a critical role at Doutta Galla Aged Care Services, in closely partnering with internal subject matter experts/stakeholders, as well as external consultants and other third parties in managing the project workload
Contribute to high-quality outcomes for residents and families through quality project management
Play a pivotal role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders for future growth.
The Successful Candidate will have the following experience and skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
Proven experience in project management (aged care/health highly preferable) or other regulated environments
Strong ability to work in teams and individually when required to achieve set project-focused outcomes, with strong experience of project management tools and practices
Proven track record in managing large scale complex projects across diverse disciplines
Strong, financial management skills including budgeting forecasting and cost control
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
