We're currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Legal Administration Team in Sydney, supporting our Finance and Real Estate practice groups. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

As a Legal Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple fee earners by delivering high-quality administrative services. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, efficiency, and client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing electronic and paper filing systems
* Handling accounts payable and expense claims
* Maintaining client databases and matter files
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Performing general administrative tasks (printing, photocopying, filing)

We're looking for someone who brings:

* 2+ years' experience in a legal or professional services environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office apps
* Confidence working with numbers and managing competing priorities
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
