Position Summary:
Alzheimer's WA seeks a Marketing Manager to join our team. The focus of this role is to raise awareness and position Alzheimer's WA as the key organisation supporting, educating, and advocating for people living with dementia, their carers, and families, while also being the preferred industry employer and charitable cause for donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role delivers on annual communication, marketing, and stakeholder plans that drive profile, profit, and engagement. Key responsibilities include developing, managing, and implementing strategies across various departments, ensuring brand consistency, and managing media exposure.
Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrate knowledge of current marketing practices and experience in managing media relations
* Proven skills in revenue growth, experience with corporate partnerships, trusts, and foundations, major donor programs, and high net worth opportunities
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present and manage stakeholder relationships
* Membership or eligibility for membership to relevant professional institutions, such as the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA)
