Marketing Officer - Campaign Research & Evaluation
Parramatta | Contract to December 2025 | $400-$500 per day + Super | Hybrid (1 day in office/week)
Are you an experienced marketing or research professional with a passion for using data and insights to drive campaign effectiveness? We're looking for a skilled Marketing Officer to join a dynamic public sector team and lead campaign evaluation and creative testing initiatives that inform high-impact marketing strategies.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of creative testing and campaign evaluation research, with a strong focus on actionable insights.
* Apply your expertise in quantitative and qualitative communications research to assess campaign performance and audience engagement.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external research partners to ensure smooth delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
* Support procurement and reporting processes, maintaining project timelines and quality outcomes.
What we're looking for:
* 5 + years' experience in marketing research, campaign evaluation or related roles.
* Strong background in quant and qual research, ideally within communications or behavioural insights.
* Experience in a government or research agency setting is highly regarded.
* Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver under tight deadlines.
