Executive Support Role
As a key member of the leadership team, this role provides high-level support to senior executives, ensuring seamless operation of their offices. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating executive leadership team operations, including meetings, governance calendars, actions, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic support to senior executives, enhancing their ability to perform at the highest level.
* Coordinate complex schedules, ensuring timely delivery of results and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead and mentor a team of assistants, fostering capability and service excellence across the organisation.
* Drive process improvements, leveraging technology and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Serve as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, building relationships and facilitating collaboration.
Requirements
* Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex environments.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on delivering results.
* Natural problem solver with attention to detail and advanced technical skills.
* Diploma in Business Administration (or similar) and at least five years in a senior support role.
* High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
