With 75+ homes built each year, most in the $500k–$1M range, Westbuilt Homes are known for delivering turnkey, high quality modular homes with a focus on craftsmanship, client care and innovation. While residential projects are their core, they also take on selected smaller medium density builds as well.
They are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor or Manager to lead the coordination and supervision of our on-site installations and site fitouts, predominantly located within 400 kms of Warwick, with a handful further afield. This role has evolved from our traditional site foreman model and is focused more on project coordination, supervision and quality control, not just construction delivery.
This is not an office-bound supervision role; you will be travelling to site regularly with the balance of time spent in the office or flexible arrangements as agreed. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground—coordinating trades, ensuring quality, driving compliance, and keeping things moving efficiently on their diverse sites.
Core responsibilities
* Undertake site assessments
* Oversee on-site works, including coordination, compliance and quality inspections
* Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities as required
* Travel—mainly day trips, with occasional overnight stays (fully supported)
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and building standards
* Report back to the Operations Manager on progress, risks, and site issues
* Maintain strong site presence to support project execution
The skills you'll need
* Licensed QBCC Low Rise Site Supervisor (essential)
* Strong residential building background
* Comfortable with regular regional travel (vehicle provided)
* Hands-on, practical leadership style — some office work will be required
* Ability to communicate well with both trades and management
