Australian Industrial Vacuum are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication and people skills to join our Tullamarine-based team in a administrative role. This is a full-time position available for immediate start.
**The Role**
As our Administration / Purchasing & Logistics Officer, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will provide administrative support, manage supplier communication, and help coordinate logistics to ensure an efficient and well-organised office and warehouse environment.
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Manage purchasing and logistics, including organising domestic freight and liaising with international suppliers
- Assist with inventory and stock coordination
- Prepare and maintain records, spreadsheets, and reporting documents
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business

This is role is on-site Monday
- Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
